This is how I’m getting through tonight to make it to Friday. One more day!!!
Quick post here since my life is crazed right now and all I do is work. I swear if I could sleep at my desk lately I would get more done. Plus by the time I get home I feel like I have to go right back again. Lots of late nights. Ugh!And, holy crap I just found this bed/desk online and I can’t believe they make something like this! I really hope no one from work reads this and tries to implement this at work. LOL!
Anyways, I did want to share some exciting news. Months ago I told you how I was going to be published in Digital Scrapbook Magazine…well the online version came out the other day!! I got to see a sneak peek of the issue and there John and I are on page 76! The issue should be in the mail and on newsstands in 4 weeks, so look for me!!!
Until then…toodles!

I know this is going to sound so trivial after I talked about not stressing the little things in life yesterday but Bath & Body Works likes to toy with my emotions!!! I am addicted to the Lavender Vanilla Shampoo and Conditioner from them and last year they discontinued it much to my disappointment. I had to resort to buying it on ebay but finally after popular demand they brought it back. Well I was so happy to not to have to but my shampoo and conditioner on ebay! Anyways, I went tonight to stock up since we are running low and they informed me YET AGAIN they have discontinued the Lavender Vanilla Shampoo & Conditioner! I was so bummed out after having such a crappy day back at work. Bath & Body Works needs to make up there friggin minds because they are making me crazy! So now I have resorted back to ebay and secured one bottle each which won’t last forever. I know…you say don’t focus on the little things. Who would have known my words would come back to bite me in the ass a day later. I needed to share that with you all. So if you see any let me know!! =)

I’m back from Buffalo! Got back yesterday afternoon/evening. It was a sad occasion/trip it was a nice reunion to see friends and it was a good distraction to my friend who lost her father. And although the trip was for a sad reason it was a nice mini break/gateway too since we stayed at the Marriott (very nice hotel that had a Starbucks in the lobby). Buffalo isn’t the most ideal vacation spot in winter since they had a lot of snow and was pretty bad the other day with the snow but I made the most of the trip. I swear to god I can make a shopping trip out of anyplace..ie. airport store (NY Mets David Wright pin), hotel gift shop (Live Well, Laugh Often, Love Much phrase magnet), the local CVS pharmacy (awesome green tape dispenser) and the University of Buffalo college bookstore! I didn’t even attend that school but managed to get some green things there (hat and sweatshirt)! LOL!
After this weekend I have a new philosophy which my husband and my travel friends heard me talk of. It’s similar to the magnet I bought on my trip. My thought is don’t let the little things in life get you overwhelmed and stressed. Think of the big picture of life and try to enjoy the more important things while we can. So it’s called the Small Things…Big Picture motto! LOL. Let’s see how long I can do this before getting stressed from the little things in life.
Anyways, I’m back trying to catch up on emails, life and the many CT applications I have received. I’m reviewing everything now and will be emailing people shortly. Thank god it’s Sunday and not Monday…couldn’t handle that right now!
On a side note, saw this Jet Blue bag at the airport and resisted buying it since I have the last one they designed. If I keep thinking about it that’s a different story. I really do have a bag obsession. LOL!
Hope you are having a good Sunday…be back tomorrow!
