Yesterday I mentioned Pink Sugar Pop and today I came across this cool project on the blog that Holly created. I thought it was really cool. I’m going to have to pick up some stamps soon. Although I’m not that talented with stamps. I never know what kind of ink to use and it never looks good. I guess I will have to try again to see if I can master the stamp!
Can you believe it’s May 1st already?!!!! Where does the time go?!
Yesterday was a crazy work day. It was busy as soon as I walked in the door and that’s tough for a Monday! I hope today is a bit smoother though. Plus I have the Mets game tonight so I need to leave at a decent time. It might also rain! I hope it holds off till after the game…we’ll see!
Just picked up the new Michael Buble CD that came out today called Call Me Irresponsible. I’m listening to it now before I start the day. It’s pretty good so far. He has a cool version of L-O-V-E…love that song. Check him and out be sure to get the cd.

Holy moly rain!! Can we say enough already?!! Well they do say “April showers bring May flowers” but come on…
So this weekend was very busy as well as productive. Love those types of weekends! Did lots of errands, laundry and picked up a bunch of cool finds. We got a new bathroom set – green circles, picked up some Mets tickets and I got some clothes for the summer from NY & Co – they are having a huge sale so check it out. I’m happy about the clothes because I needed a new outfit for my friend’s bridal shower this coming weekend. I’m going to be pretty busy this week finishing up all the last minute details for that! Should be fun but I can’t wait till it’s over…so much work! It’s so much work because I’m so anal about the details…want everything perfect. LOL!
And I finally broke down and bought the owl lamp that I was trying to resist! I figured I could use it for work and it’s SOOOO cute! Someday I’m going to be so happy I bought it. Actually someday is now…he he he.

I have a problem with buying so many bags and I did it again. I walked home last night and on the way I usually stop along the way which is my downfall. I called my husband to tell him I would be walking and he was like “See you in about 3 hours!”. I guess he knows me pretty well..even sometimes better then myself. LOL! I didn’t plan on stopping anywhere but Bath & Body Works since I had a gift card and a coupon for free stuff. Anyways, I popped into A.I. Friedman to look for something to organize my files and papers on my desk. I found something perfect for that BUT I also found this awesome GREEN bag on SALE!
I saw it awhile back when it was full price and I resisted. This time it was super cheap that I couldn’t walk away. I’m justifying it as a “business expense” to carry my business stuff in. Ha! I’m not a purse person so a good bag will come in handy. My husband just rolls his eyes. LOL! What can I say I’m a sucker for a great cheap green bag! =)
On a side note – The Lug website, which is the company where my awesome green bag comes from has some nice colors and sleek designs on their site. Good color inspiration!
